2016 San Antonio Nonprofit Wage and Benefit Survey

(free copy of the report to all who participate!)

Werling Associates, Inc. invites you to participate in the 2016 San Antonio Nonprofit Wage and Benefit Survey, sponsored by the San Antonio Area Foundation and funded by the Kronkosky Charitable Foundation.

Werling Associates, Inc. has conducted a nonprofit survey in the San Antonio area since 1998. Last year’s survey included data for 99 jobs from 93 agencies. The final survey report will include a thorough analysis of job-specific compensation data. Hiring new staff? Preparing a budget for a grant application? Local nonprofit leaders often rely on data from this report to determine appropriate salary levels for new staff or when estimating personnel expenses for a grant application.

All survey participants will receive a FREE copy of the final report, which will be published in June.

Please contact a Werling consultant at (210) 697-8232 if you have any questions or need additional information.
