Nonprofit boards play a critical role in overseeing their organization’s mission, finances and strategic direction. Whether you are new to nonprofit board service, or need a refresher course, this one-day workshop will provide you with comprehensive tools and networking opportunities to help you strengthen your board and ensure your organization’s success.

Succession Planning – Advanced-Level Workshop for CEOs

Mention the words “Succession Planning” and people stop talking and give you their attention. Everyone is thinking: “What happened? Are you leaving? Who will lead this organization?”

With succession planning, the board and CEO acknowledge that the agency will experience changes in leadership and ensure systems are in place to support operations, develop C-Suite leaders and communicate and celebrate leadership changes.

Join us for the first in a three-part series of sessions about succession planning. Those who complete this advanced level workshop will learn more about a succession planning framework and a tool ready for immediate use.

Date and Time: Feb. 17th from 9 to 3 p.m.
