Bike Around Texas Motor Speedway for a Good Cause on May 16
Special Olympics Texas

Put the Pedal to the Medal and bike your way around the Texas Motor Speedway (3545 Lone Star Circle, Fort Worth, TX 76177) to benefit more than 10,800 Special Olympics Texas athletes in the Greater Dallas and Fort Worth areas on Saturday, May 16.


Have fun racing individually or with a team. Cyclists of all levels are invited to compete in a 10-lap, 15-mile race (with 3 different classifications) followed by the Special Olympics Texas athlete ride-along lap. It’s a day of enjoyment with SOTX and the cycling community! 


Pedal to the Medal was established as a way to promote a new SOTX sport in the Dallas-Fort Worth area as well as build important support and partnerships in the local cycling community.


The entry cost is $50; $75 will get you a commemorative event T-shirt and $100 gets you a T-shirt and event medallion.


All participants will receive a race bag containing Sports Authority products, cycling-related items, coupons and discount vouchers for the fall NASCAR race at Texas Motor Speedway.
