Dear Lawndale Supporters and Friends,

By now you may have heard I will be leaving Lawndale in May. It has been my great honor and pleasure to work for Lawndale for the last eight years. I can't begin to describe how much I have grown because of the generosity and courage shown by the thousands of artists I have met and worked with here, the tireless dedication of the MOST awesome staff in the entire universe and the huge support, energy and enthusiasm given by our board, volunteers, interns and donors. With a deep sense of gratitude and great confidence I step down leaving Lawndale in good hands. I can't wait to see Lawndale's bright and exciting future.

Join us for Design Fair 2015, April 20 - 26, become a member or stop by the gallery to see the current exhibitions. Lawndale will continue to be a vital resource for artists and audiences in the Houston and your generous support makes this possible. I look forward to continuing my involvement with the organization and the community and seeing you all out and about in the near future.

Yours sincerely,

Christine Jelson West
Executive Director
