In 2007, a national Panel on the Nonprofit Sector identified 33 “Principles for Good Governance and Ethical Practice” that are designed to guide board members and staff professionals of charitable organizations as they work to improve their own operations.  The San Antonio Area Foundation is presenting the 33 principles throughout the year during four quarterly sessions.

The quarterly sessions will be held:

September 17 - Financial Oversight
December 17 - Responsible Fundraising

This is an amazing resource, not only for managing Board meeting documents, but also for communicating with your Board, maintaining a Board directory, archiving important organizational documents (by-laws, conflict of interest statement, etc.) and more..
