So Many Things to do at the Cibolo Nature Center & Farm!
Cibolo Nature Center

February, 2014

The Farmers Market Reopens March 1st!
You may have noticed that Herff Road is undergoing some construction.  No worries!  The Farmers Market at the Cibolo at 33 Herff Road will be open for business on March 1st from 8:30am-12:30pm.  Have you missed the live music, the fresh produce, the artisan products, the kids activities and the friendly faces?  Or maybe you've never been before?  This is your chance to get over to the old historic Herff Farm, take the kids (or the dog) for a walk, get a delicious Little Gretel's kolache, and enjoy the morning.  Click here to see the Farmers Market at the Cibolo Facebook page where our Market Manager Claire will post all the latest happenings.  Happy Marketing everyone!
Time to Camp!
Spring Break Camp, Nature Camp, Art Camp: It's time for kids to get camping at the Cibolo Nature Center & Farm!  Click here for more information about Spring Break Camp, and click here for more information about Summer Nature & Art Camps!  Get outside and play today!
Natural Partners
With our toes in the creek and our hands in the dirt, we work together to build a better community -- from the roots up!
The Cibolo Nature Center & Farm is excited to announce the new Natural Partners program!  This inspiring program gives your company, corporation, or local business the opportunity to support the important work of the CNC & Farm, while we promote our affiliation throughout our shared community.
If you're interested in becoming a Natural Partner, stop by the Natural Partners Launch Party on March 18th from 5pm-7pm at the CNC.  We will have music, adult beverages, and delicious appetizers for all!
Contact Cheyenne Johnson, Director of Development, for more information or to RSVP to the Launch Party.; 830.249.4616
Volunteering Warms the Heart
Valentine's Day may be over, but that doesn't mean it's time to stop spreading the love just because the chocolates are all eaten!
The Cibolo Nature Center & Farm needs a little help and a little love right now.  And there are so many ways you can get that so-good feeling.
Just call up Chelli at 830.249-4616, or email her at, and she can get you "hooked up" with the latest volunteer projects.
