The Future Stars program aims to maximize the positive effects of girls playing basketball by emphasizing healthy competition and promoting teamwork along with individual development. With the help of some Silver Stars players, the Future Stars will focus on life lessons to be learned from basketball and instill a positive self image in each player.

The Future Stars is an all-girls league for ages 7 - 12 that plays from October 28 - December 14. Teams will travel throughout San Antonio for games, and registration is currently going on at the following YMCA locations: Davis-Scott, Thousand Oaks, Walzem and Westside.

Spurs Family Fantasy 2013 EMAIL FINAL 1 (2) 2

On the heels of the tip off to the 2013-2014 season, Coach Popovich and his team are inviting a few folks from the Spurs family to participate in a fantasy day at their home - the Spurs practice facility - onSunday, October 27th from 5 - 7 p.m.

All funds raised directly support our youth sports programs, such as the Spurs Youth Basketball League. We hope that you will consider this opportunity for your family or worthy kids you care about to join our Spurs team for a very special day.

Check out the incredible time we had last year - watch the video!
