Back to School: How did you make your choice?
Children At Risk

September, 2013

Good Afternoon:

At CHILDREN AT RISK, we know that the public education system can be difficult to navigate. Parents today are faced with a myriad of choices, including traditional public schools, magnet schools, and charter schools. Each option comes with its own system to navigate, and some also involve a complex application process.

At the same time, parents have very few resources that help them gauge the true quality of their child’s educational options. CHILDREN AT RISK is developing a school choice resource guide for parents in the Dallas and Fort Worth Independent School Districts to fill this information gap.

We kindly ask that you participate in this brief 5-10 minute survey to let us know what you think is important when making decisions about school choice.

Please feel free to forward this survey on to any friends, family or colleagues who might have knowledge or want to give input on school choice, and simply click on the link below to begin.

Thank you in advance for your participation!
