El Paso Programs Hold Their 2013 Olympic Games
Southwest Key Programs

Casa El Paso hosted the olympics at Canutillo High School.

Southwest Key’s Unaccompanied Minors shelters in El Paso  recently held their annual Olympic competition from June 17 to June 20. Participating shelters were Casa Canutillo, Casita del Valle and Casa Franklin, with over 100 clients competing in the games. (read more

Southwest Key Programs graduated its first Spanish GED students on June 22. Twenty-two Spanish-speakers ages 30 to 55 crossed the stage thanks to JP Morgan Chase & Co. who helped us offer the classes free to the community. (Read more) (VIDEO

In her two years at East Austin College Prep, Ashley Sosa has tried just about every sport that Health Promise offers. A wraparound program through East Austin Children’s Promise, Health Promise provides physical education and nutrition classes for residents of Austin. (read more

Southwest Key Programs’ Board & Staff Retreat was held from June 24 – 28 in Washington, D.C. this year.  Board Chair, Victor Garza and his son Erik, 11 years old, visited various monuments and historical locations after the meetings concluded. (read more
