1) Advocacy Update! Children had several legislative wins this session. Some bills that passed include: Senate Bill 426, helping to promote evidence based parenting assistance programs; House Bill 1272 and Senate Bills 94 and 92, bolstering efforts in ending human trafficking; and, Senate Bill 376, bringing the school breakfast program to those students who need it most. To receive real time updates in the future, like us onFacebook.

2) Our most recent publication, The Future of North Texas: Assessing the Quality of Life of Our Children, has been released! This publication focuses solely on issues affecting children in our community and our recommendations for providing a better future.
