reVision Treehouse, a new program for the younger siblings of reVision teens needs volunteers to act as positive influences in these kid's lives.Monday night meetings are from 
6-8 p.m. and will focus on fun activities and a positive environment. To volunteer on a weekly or monthly basis, contact Erica or Amy

August 31, Pure Sound Youth Choir has its annual retreat at Camp For All. New singers are invited. Contact Sid Davis.


September 1, Children's Choir Fall Kickoff
9:30 a.m.-2 p.m., Rotunda Theater


September 2, The Sojourner's Class invites all to join them to study The Difference Between Simply Believing and Having True Faith in R25 at 9:45 a.m. 


September 2, Break Bread in Canterbury Hall at 12 p.m. Bring a dish to share!


September 3, Church offices will be closed for Labor Day. 


September 5, Adult Choirs' Open House welcomes new singers from 5-7 p.m. in the Hines Baker Room, Choir rehearsals will follow.


 September 9, Fall Kickoff Celebration 
Westheimer Campus - Children move to their new classrooms during 9:45 a.m. Sunday School. Celebrate with hotdogs and ice cream in in the Courtyard all morning.

Gethsemane Campus -

Children's Celebration at 9:30 a.m. and lunch with their families at 12 p.m.  


September 9, Raising Kids with a Faith That Lasts, invest in your children's future and watch them live a life of purpose and faith.  Attend as your schedule allows. September 9 - October 14, 9:45-10:45 a.m. in the Chapel. RSVP so that we have enough participant materials. 


September 9, Young Adultsplay kickball on the Blanton Field at 4 p.m.


September 9, Singles Second Sunday Lunch at Pei Wei, 5110 Buffalo Speedway @ Westpark, after the 11 a.m. worship service.


September 9, Divorce Recovery Workshop Four-week workshop begins  at 9:45 a.m. To register call 713-402-5090.


September 9, Blood Drive in Canterbury Hall (Gethsemane Campus) from 8 a.m.- 1 p.m.


September 9, Potluck and movie at 5:30 p.m. at the Gethsemane Campus. Miguel Ottaviano will present his documentary about growing up in a missionary family in Bolivia.


September 10, reVision orientation sessions are offered for anyone interested in volunteering.  6-7 p.m. at the Gethsemane Campus. Contact Laralee DeHart at 713-416-0234.


September 16, Register today for Fall SongPlay!, a parent-child music and movement class for infants through preschoolers begins the week of September 16 for eight weeks. Register online.
