Gearing up for the best summit yet!
OneStar Foundation, Austin

September, 2011

We are gearing up for the best summit yet!
In just over one week, more than 700 nonprofit professionals, board members, funders and other supporters of the nonprofit sector will converge at the Texas Nonprofit Summit, and we can't wait!

This Summit will be our largest yet with a record number of participants, speakers, vendors and service providers, plus volunteers and staff who are working to make the conference a huge success!

Yet we can accommodate even more! If you haven't registered yet, you're in luck. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, we were able to postpone raising registration fees until Sept. 6th, when online registration will close at 6 pm. On-site registration will be available at the Summit on the 8th and 9th where an additional $20 will be added to the registration fee.

Don't miss this record-breaking event! Check out the session details and register today!
TNS Attendees: Don’t miss the Texas Nonprofit Awards on September 8th!
The Texas Nonprofit Awards celebrate the individuals and nonprofit organizations driving social change in Texas. The awards ceremony, on September 8 from 5:30-6:30 pm at the AT&T Conference Center, will feature OneStar Foundation’s Governor’s Volunteer Awards and Greenlights’ Nonprofit Excellence Awards, and will be preceded by a cocktail reception starting at 5 pm.
In addition to presenting the Nonprofit Excellence Awards and the Governor’s Volunteer Awards, OneStar Foundation and Greenlights will also recognize the Austin Classical Guitar Society (ACGS) with a special Nonprofit Alliance Award for their extraordinary support of a variety of nonprofit programs and services, leading to greater impact for all. ACGS-trained and Texas Young Master classical guitarist, Thales Smith, will perform, accompanied by world renowned mezzo soprano, Kathryn Findlen.
Hope to see you there!
