April 16, Stations of the Cross
A prayer experience in the Garden Labyrinth from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

April 17, Palm Sunday, Parade, Picnic and Egg Hunt, Palm parade to the Blanton Field after Sunday School followed by outdoor lunch and live music from the Encounter Band. Cake walk, bounce houses, face painting and other fun activities for children. Egg Hunt is at
12:15 p.m.  Dress casually, and bring your Easter baskets and picnic blankets! Tickets for Skeeter’s lunch, ($10 adult, $5 child, $40 per immediate family.)

Easter Offering Funds will be used to purchase supplies and materials, and subsidize staff support for mission trips. April 16, Rummage Sale to Benefit Gethsemane Ministries:  Drop off your treasures at St. Luke’s Westheimer or Gethsemane Campus, then join the fun at the sale from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Gethsemane Campus. April 17, St. Luke’s Boy Scouts of Troop 46 are raising funds for summer camp by cooking and selling tasty hand seasoned 10-12 lb. briskets. The briskets will be pre-sold for $48 each in St Luke’s courtyard on April 10 and 17.  The cooked briskets can be picked up at the Blanton Building either Friday, April 29th (evening), Saturday, April 30th (all day) or Sunday, May 1st (morning).  Once again the scouts remind us that briskets may be ordered as donations for the Star of Hope shelter. April 21, Gang Activity - Preparing Professionals working with youth in schools and after school programs will learn therapeutic responses to the emotional turmoil generated by gang activity. This session is presented by the Mayor's Anti-Gang Office and sponsored by St. Luke's Center for Counseling and Life Enrichment. April 30, Spring into Health Wellness Fair at Gethsemane Campus includes free health screenings and information about staying active and eating healthy. The fair is from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in Canterbury Hall.
