Coping with the Holidays Support Group to Begin on November 17

The holidays are a difficult time for those who are grieving. Whether you are grieving the death of a loved one, a divorce or separation, or a significant change in your day to day living for other reasons, we invite you to join with others to receive and offer support during these weeks ahead. The group facilitators will offer tools for coping and de-stressing during the holidays. We will also offer ways of honoring your loss during this time of the year when remembering can be so painful.
The group will meet every Weds. from 12-1:30 at My Healing Place. Participants are invited to bring your lunch if you like. There is a suggested donation of $5 per group session. Please call to talk with someone about participating and reserve your place in the group. The group size will be limited to assure a quality experience. Call 472-7878
